Stephen Windmill  has been involved in the energy assessment  for domestic buildings since 2002 and has worked  with  leading industry specialists providing energy  efficiency measures under the government funded Warmfront scheme.

 

In 2007 Stephen joined a well established  firm of Chartered Surveyors training and qualifying as a Home Inspector. In 2008  he also qualified  as a Commercial Energy assessor  providing Energy Performance Certificates for Commercial property.

 

Stephen Windmill Surveys  was formed in 2009 to bring the benefits of this experience of customer service and professional standards to the energy assessment market.
